Event First Aid Services

What we Do…

the services we provide to you…

All our team have external and in house training to a high standard (all above the basic First Aid qualifications often used by event companies). All hold Enhanced DBS/CRB and have Safeguarding of Adults and Children Qualifications. All the Team have a background within the Ambulance Service from Paramedics to Volunteers, we also have one guilty secret we tend to keep to ourselves…. we all enjoy what we do… unlike many other providers, especially ones who use volunteers and indeed under 18’s, we will not let you down at the last minute. We pay a more than fair rate for the role to all our team and provide all training free of charge to them. For every event a risk assessment is produced, of which you have copies before and one the day. All your key team members are given a contact card with dedicated mobile contact number during events, all staff will also have radio communication so we can keep in touch. Once we are up and running you can forget we are even there! For smaller events we are often about to help you with anything that can be abandoned if we are needed, such as being at welcome points etc. 

Small Event Cover

We provide single staff cover for events such as Craft Fairs or small LOW risk events with low attendance numbers. This is the most cost effective for lots of people, rather than companies insisting on levels of cover that are inappropriate and just not needed. Single manned cover is only with mutual risk assessment as per HSE guidelines. We then aim to be at a prime location, either inside or based from a vehicle and or be mobile around your event.

Small to Medium Event Cover

For events such as sporting events, small music events, carnivals we provide 2-3 team members depending on the assessments made. Operating from a base point, such as our Hi Vis Shelter as a First Aid ‘Point’. We then have staff mobile ‘around’ your event as well as manning the Point, Keeping us very much ‘part’ of your day.  

Larger and High risk Events

For larger events of which we have lots of experience, we will ensure that all staff are ready and organised within each of the roles and or areas they are allocated on the day, Should your event require a higher level of staff, such as Paramedics and an Ambulance we are able to provide this with close working partners. Ensuring cover for larger scale events with many providers can be an issue, however with the contacts we have made and as we treat and pay staff a fair wage to attend your events, we have no issues covering larger events with more team members. All staff are trained at the same level.

Special Events

Firework displays, Airshows anything that needs special considerations, we will meet with you to discuss what you need. 

Tailored services

Sometimes your event does not fit in a ‘box’ (who wants to). Contact us and we will make ourselves fit to your needs. We also specialise in Equestrian events, including RDA.
